Knock Off Bags
I don’t know how I ended up browsing the Internet for bags and accessories last night. I was looking for new hobo bags by branded designers the likes of Gucci, Balenciaga, Louie Vuitton, Babila and others. I was looking at the pretty new designs by Gucci. I was mesmerized by the designs but I know that I can never afford to buy those branded bags unless it’s the knock off. Mind you I’d much rather have the knock off than the real one displayed in the Internet. I don’t think I could walk around and go out of my house with a branded bag that costs as much as my one year budget for myself. I mean I am the girl that’s happier with used bags bought @ “Knock-Off Store” here in Manila. I have had a lot of branded bags bought from this store. This costs me less than 5% of the original price. Sometimes if I am luckier I could find branded bag with sample tag in it never been used but submitted as sample to Wal-Mart and other multinational retailers abroad. There’s a couple of knock-off store (friendly ukay-ukay in layman’s term) within our office vicinity that I will usually dropped by on my way home, just a stone’s throw away from our office building. My officemate Emy and I was a regular patron of the said ukay-ukay store that sells mostly branded bags. Last week we dropped by again to search for a new find as the owner informed us that he has new arrival with a couple of branded bags. Emy was able to buy 2 bags for her and her daughter Kay. I was able to find Babila leather bag and Classica backpack for my nephew LJ. I am not ashamed telling the whole world that I am a loyal patron of this ukay-ukay store so it would just be weird to walk around with a bag that’s worth that much. Even if I did win in lotto or any lottery for that matter I will still not buy branded bags worth that much which can be worth a simple house.

One Lazy Thursday
This morning I just couldn’t drag myself out of my bed. My alarm went off at like 6:00 AM, and I managed to sleep again for @ least around 15 minutes before finally getting up just before 6:30. Despite the fact that I was exhausted yesterday I didn’t fell asleep until around 1:00 AM. Anyway I knew that I had to get up and prepare on going to work. I can’t go on leave for we have our weekly SAP Team meeting today @ 11:30 AM.
Whenever I am feeling at odd with myself I try to take my camera along because I believe this helped me focus for a moment while excluding all else including my laziness in a Thursday morning. I manage to grab some shots while inside an FX taxi on my way to the office. I suspect today will be another hot Thursday when I went out of house I saw the sun up already with blue skies all around. I tempted to take some shots of the blue sky.

When I left my house I was thinking of having breakfast @ the coffee shop I regularly had my breakfast and dinner. However, when I passed by I was no longer in the mood to eat so I decided to just leave and proceed to the jeepney terminal. I suspect I lost appetite because of the food I ate last night. Last night was my Auntie Terry’s husband second death anniversary. She had been reminding me about this last week. I received a text from her around 10:00 A.M. yesterday inviting me for a dinner at her house. And that they will wait for me until late night. I left the office early so I can drop by her house as promised regardless of how tired I have felt for my relatives are there already waiting for my arrival. Since I am worried they might feel insignificant if I will not show up at the dinner table I push through of having dinner at her house even if I am already exhausted of the whole days work. When I arrived my cousins and my Aunties’ were there waiting for me. We had sumptuous dinner of kaldereta, fried chicken, pork stew, fruit and macaroni salad. We had so many stories to tell about each other that before we realized it was 11:30 PM already. I went home around 12:00 AM and was not able to sleep until around 2:00 AM for I was nauseated and felt my acid rose. I took alka seltzer and sprite thinking that maybe I have gas and the food I ate were oily that my stomach got sensitive of those oily and fatty foods. I got temporary relief after I took the medication.
When I arrived in the office I still have no appetite and just ate skyflakes crackers and no caffeine for I felt nauseated again. My officemates jokingly said that maybe I am anticipating. I just shrugged off and laughed for how I am going to get pregnant, can I do it alone? Hahaha... Yes, I date but with my officemate Sofi and my friend Lei. Do you think we are capable of procreation? We are in the same gender :0).
For sure I will be going out early today, I have an appointment with my doctor this morning to check what's wrong with me.

A Pretty Good Day
I have a pretty good day today! I am writing this in the office while attending to my usual SAP configuration issues that I left behind last night. I have an allergy yesterday so I went home early for I was already scratching my arm – I think my allergy was due to my sun exposure when we had our lunch. It was too hot when we went outside.
I will be going to finish the Accounts Payable Manual I started last week. I am in tight schedule this week for Saturday March 10 will be my last day here. I wanted to say how I am feeling about my transfer to my new job. I am anxious and nervous @ the same time. I am looking forward for my two (2) days orientation @ our Makati Office. For sure I will be busy next week to complete my pre-employment requirements. I am not sure if I can still post that often after my transfer.
Anyway have a blessed Wednesday to everyone!
