My Personal Grounding
I always integrate grounding rituals into my life especially that my job requires me to work at my computer all day. If I find myself feeling in great turmoil, confusion and disconnection, I usually stop for a while, stretch my muscle and slowly drink a large glass of water that helps in creating a better mix to regain my energy. On the other hand if I have been doing a lot of mental work and feeling unsettled, I would usually go for a walk to the rest room to wash my hand and apply hand lotion afterwards. And if I feel that my life is out of balance, I would always go on malling or go to the parlor for my manicure and pedicure.
